Hariharan Nagarajan

Hariharan Nagarajan is an accomplished leader in software engineering and program management with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as the Head of Software Engineering and Delivery - Planning and Automation at British Telecom since October 2013, Hariharan successfully built an agile workflow automation team, achieving significant cost reductions. Previous roles include Head of Program Delivery at British Telecom, where responsibilities involved establishing program management functions and overseeing multiple successful releases, as well as Associate Senior Manager at Colt Technology Services, where a €7 million project was delivered across 13 countries. Earlier career experience with Alcatel Lucent involved managing complex projects for major telecommunications clients globally. Hariharan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering, an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and certifications in IT Service Management and Project Management Professional.
