Iain McCallum

Iain McCallum is an experienced professional in the telecommunications and technical operations sectors, with a career spanning over three decades. Initially, Iain worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland in Telecoms Support from 1990 to 1995. Subsequently, Iain held various roles at BT, including NMS Design from 1995 to 1997 and later again from 1998 to 2006 as part of the INCA Programme. Iain served as Lead Technical Design Authority and Head of Technical Operations at BT between January 2014 and November 2016. Currently, Iain works as a Solutions Architect at BT, a position held since July 2017.
