Kaushal Jani

Kaushal Jani is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure engineering and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Converged Infrastructure Engineer at BT since June 2013, Kaushal has previously held positions as a Service Desk Engineer at Atos, and a NetApp Engineer, where responsibilities included providing technical support for NetApp storage subsystems. Additional roles include Network Engineer at Visa Europe, IT Technician at Convergys, and various research projects at Northumbria University focusing on network performance, Voice over IP, and intranet-based mail servers. Kaushal holds an MSc in Computer Networks & Optoelectronics and a BSc (Hons) in Computer Network Technology from Northumbria University, complemented by a diploma in Computer Engineering.
