Luca Jachia

Luca Jachia is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as the Head of IT Italy at BT since March 2006. In this position, Luca leads the Italian IT team, overseeing applications and infrastructure vital to the domestic business while ensuring security and compliance. Previous roles at BT include Head of Service Design, Acting Head of Enterprise IT, Head of IT Demand Management, and Head of Data Architecture Management, all focused on delivering innovative IT solutions and supporting business operations. Prior to BT, Luca held significant positions at Atlanet, In.Te.S.A., DEA, and served as a Lieutenant in the Italian Army. Luca holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from Politecnico di Torino and demonstrates a strong track record in IT governance, service design, and project management.
