Priyashri Sridhar

Priyashri Sridhar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in user research and educational technology. Currently serving as the Head of User Research at BT Group, Priyashri leads efforts in enhancing digital experiences within BT Business. Alongside this role, Priyashri is an Educational Technology Consultant and Fellow at UCL, focusing on leveraging technology to innovate educational practices. Previously, Priyashri held the position of User Experience Researcher at British Airways, conducting pivotal research to drive user-centered design across various products. Priyashri's academic background includes a PhD in Human-Computer Interaction and Cognitive Psychology from the Singapore University of Technology and Design, complemented by multiple scholarly roles at prestigious institutions such as UC Berkeley and the University of Auckland. Prior to these academic endeavors, Priyashri gained experience as a Speech Language Pathologist, contributing to both clinical and educational settings in communication and swallowing disorders. Skills include a diverse range of qualitative and quantitative research methods aimed at improving user interactions with technology.
