Rachael Ellison is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the recruitment field. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Partner at Infogrid since October 2021, Rachael focuses on enhancing building health and efficiency through AI-driven IoT technology. Prior to this role, Rachael was a Global Talent Acquisition Partner at NMI, where responsibilities included supporting a global payment enablement platform. Experience also includes roles as a Talent Engagement Specialist at Rethink, Recruitment Consultant and Resourcer at Henry Nicholas Associates, and Senior Headhunter at Coalface Pharma.
