Rahul Baxi

Rahul Baxi is an experienced design operations professional, currently serving as the Design Operations Manager at BT Group since December 2022, where responsibility includes overseeing key programmes and processes for a large team of designers. Previously, Rahul held the position of Studio Operations Manager at Edelman, managing daily studio operations. Prior to that, as the Creative Design Team Leader at Jardine Motors Group, new processes were implemented for an in-house studio. Rahul's experience also includes serving as the Design Studio Manager at Coventry University, where workflows were enhanced, and operational issues were resolved. Before transitioning to management roles, Rahul worked with Hogarth Worldwide as a Team Leader and Senior Artworker, focusing on the Santander UK plc brand, and began the career as a Graphic Artworker at Tag. Rahul established The Design House, a venture owned from 2000 to 2006. Educational background includes attendance at Northampton School for Boys.
