Sarah Kelly

Sarah Kelly is an experienced professional in workforce planning and inclusion, equity, and diversity management. At BT Group, from September 2021 to September 2022, Sarah held the positions of Senior Inclusion, Equity & Diversity Programme Manager and Senior Strategic Workforce Planning Manager. Prior to this, Sarah spent over seven years at Transport for London in various roles, including Strategic Workforce Planning Manager and Development Schemes Consultant. Additional experience includes working at Independent Travel and Barclays, where Sarah served as a Graduate Development Corporate Programme Manager and Graduate Development Investment Bank Programme Manager. Sarah holds a BSc in Business Studies from the University of Hertfordshire and completed secondary education at Notre Dame High School in Norwich.
