Susmita Rakshit

Susmita Rakshit is an accomplished Experience Designer and UX Designer with a robust background in product design. Currently employed at Wipro as an Experience Designer L2 since October 2022, Susmita has collaborated with notable clients including Honda, Runner's World, Novartis, and BT Group, where contributions focused on enhancing visual communication and user experience. In a concurrent role as a UX Designer L3 at BT Group, Susmita specializes in creating interaction design specifications and seamless navigation systems for internal tools. Previous experience includes a position as a UX Designer L2 at Novartis, focusing on responsive design and collaboration with developers, as well as a Product Designer role at Squareboat, where Susmita developed a design system. Susmita started the career as a UI/UX Designer at Become, which was recognized as India’s Best Design Studio in 2021, contributing to various projects for domestic and international brands. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor in Design in Product Design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology India.
