Vaibhav Sen

Vaibhav Sen currently serves as the Head of Technology at BT since July 2022. Prior to this role, Vaibhav held the position of Senior Manager at Capgemini from October 2021 to June 2022. From December 2012 to September 2021, Vaibhav worked as a Service Delivery Manager at Accenture, overseeing a leading Client E-Commerce solution across over 40 countries and serving as the Single Point of Contact for SLA Governance, Business Communication, and Quarterly Business Reviews. Vaibhav's earlier experience includes working as an Operations Manager at Aon from September 2009 to December 2012, where responsibilities involved managing the HRO Benefits Contact Center, and as a Team Leader at Convergys from May 2006 to September 2009, supervising the Customer Service Desk for a prominent international bank.
