Irina Gromova has extensive experience in the insurance industry, having worked at Balva Insurance Company as a Reinsurance Manager from April 2005 to October 2015. Irina currently holds the position of Reinsurance Processes Manager at BTA Baltic Insurance Company AAS, where Irina also serves as a Reinsurance Department Senior Specialist.
