Alaa Sadek

Alaa Sadek oversees projects' staff are properly organized to carry out the tasks needed to accomplish the defined goals and objectives. He oversees the development of master plans for the projects entrusted to the company through contractual obligations and ensures that they are always updated and that they meet with the objectives set by top management. He plans the results that are to be obtained from his department’s work in view of the objectives, staffing, allocated time, allocated budgets, and other constraints set by the upper management.
