Hugo Diggs serves as an Acquisition Compliance Subject Matter Expert at BTAS, Inc. since October 1998, contributing expertise in Earned Value Management and DoD Acquisition Compliance, including comprehensive management reporting and risk management. Diggs has previously held the title of Operations Principal, supporting programs for the Air Force Materiel Command with a focus on project management, scheduling system implementation, and compliance reporting. Additionally, Diggs has a background as a Software Engineer and has held various managerial roles at Boeing Information Services Inc., overseeing program performance and financial management across multiple development projects. Diggs holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from West Virginia State University.
