Kelly Whitt

Kelly Whitt has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Kelly started their career at WorkflowOne, where they held various roles including Manager/Supervisor of Compensation & Benefits and Strategic HR Manager. In these positions, they oversaw benefits programs, managed the annual salary planning process, and provided strategic consulting services to executives. Kelly also led a team of HR business partners and provided direction to less experienced staff. In 2011, they joined BTAS, Inc. as Vice President of Human Resources, where they supported the Department of Defense and federal agencies with cyber, engineering, and program management capabilities. Kelly is known for their expertise in cost containment, headcount management, and employee development.

Kelly Whitt attended Capital University from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business, specializing in Human Resources.
