Teresa Burke

Teresa Burke is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, cost estimation, and acquisition consulting. Currently, Teresa serves as a Consultant Acquisition SME at Serco and holds multiple positions, including Project Manager for SERCO US NAVY and Parametric Analyst at Serco Pentagon. Teresa has a strong foundation in data analysis and financial management, having worked as a Senior Cost Estimator at Quantech/Digital Prospectors and previously as a Project Analyst at BTAS, Inc. With a Master's Degree in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University, Teresa has developed expertise in contract support, cost management, and project controls throughout a diverse career spanning several organizations, including Sandia National Laboratories and Northeast Utilities.
