Carina Beck

Carina Beck's work experience includes being the Head of Human Resources at BTC Europe since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at BASF, where they held various roles including Senior Specialist HR Community Management from January 2020 to March 2022, Senior Specialist Account Management in 2019, and (Senior) HR Business Partner from 2016 to 2018. Carina also participated in the START IN HR Business Partner Trainee Program at BASF from October 2014 to December 2016. Before BASF, Carina worked as a Working Student HR at CAMELOT Management Consultants from February 2013 to August 2014. Carina also completed internships at BASF South East Asia Pte Ltd in 2012 and BASF in 2012. In addition, Carina worked as a Student Assistant at Universität Mannheim from September 2008 to July 2012, providing student counseling for the B. A. Culture & Business: Engl. program. Carina also had an internship in Corporate Communications Europe (Educational Relations) at BASF from October 2010 to March 2011.

Carina Beck completed their education at the University of Mannheim, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Culture and Business in 2011. Carina continued their studies at the same institution and received a Master of Arts degree in Culture and Business in 2014. Additionally, they briefly attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2010, where they focused on English & American Studies but did not obtain a degree.
