Josh Bass has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota Duluth. Josh has experience as a Research and Development Engineer at Despatch Industries, Process Engineer at The Bergquist Company, and currently serves as the Tooling Manager at BTD Manufacturing. In their current role, Josh leads a team of Designers, Machinists, and Toolmakers in the design, construction, and maintenance of metal stamping dies and production fixtures.
