Steven Bucaro

Steven Bucaro is an experienced professional in tooling and product design, currently serving as Tooling Manager and previously as Lead Tooling Engineer and Senior Tooling Engineer at G&W Electric Co. since May 2020. In addition, Steven is the Small Business Owner of Aero Manufacturing Solutions, specializing in plastic product design, tool design, and various manufacturing processes such as injection molding and vacuum forming. Prior experience includes roles as Project Engineer at National Cycle Inc. and Project Engineer/Tooling Engineer at Cortina Tool & Mold Co. Inc., along with a background as a Mold Maker at Aero Mold & Mfg. Corp. Steven holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Architecture from Joliet Junior College.
