Jeroen Gruys

Jeroen Gruys is an experienced HR professional, currently serving as HR-manager at BTE Nederland B.V. since March 2021. Prior to this role, Jeroen held multiple positions at Xella from March 2004 to March 2021, including Head of HR NWE and Head of HR department for XELLA Netherlands. Jeroen also worked as Hoofd P&O at de Harense Smid from July 1999 to March 2004, and as Kwaliteitsmanager en P&O Manager at Teurlings BV Electrotechniek en Telematica from September 1994 to June 1999. Jeroen's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Bestuurskunde from Avans University of Applied Sciences (1988-1994) and completion of the Advanced Leaders Program (ALP) in 2013.
