Laura Nesfield MRICS FAAV is a seasoned professional in the field of rural estate management, currently serving as a Director at BTF Partnership since August 2018. With a longstanding commitment to heritage and community service, Laura has held the position of Trustee at Leeds Castle Foundation since April 2014 and at Chatham Historic Dockyard Trust from May 2013 to August 2018. Previous professional experience includes directorial roles at Savills from June 2015 to July 2018 and Smiths Gore from April 2008 to May 2015, as well as an Associate position at Cluttons from July 2003 to March 2008. Laura holds a Master of Science in Rural Estate Management from the Royal Agricultural University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Reading.
