Julien Menezes

Julien Menezes has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Julien began their career as an Administration Assistant at Rolta India Limited in 1999. Julien later worked as a Sales Co-ordinator at Volvo India Pvt Ltd and as a Co-ordinator for Orientation, Home Finding, Settling In, and Immigration at Writer Relocations.

In 2004, Julien joined Audatex Solutions Pvt Ltd as an Office Operations & HR Manager, where they were responsible for HR operations in India and worked closely with global HR teams. Julien implemented global policies and practices while ensuring compliance with Indian laws. Julien also collaborated with business heads to hire talented individuals within budget and managed the complete employee life cycle. Julien maintained cordial employee relations and resolved grievances promptly.

From 2014 to 2015, Julien worked as an HR & Ops Manager at Peepul Consulting. Julien streamlined HR operations, implemented company goals and policies, and handled payroll. Julien reported directly to the Managing Director and conducted periodic performance reviews.

At You Broadband India Ltd., Julien served as a manager for the Human Resources Function for the Western Region, overseeing PAN India corporate HR functions and operations. Julien played a key role in the migration to Vodafone SAP systems and successfully curtailed attrition rates through initiatives like "WE CARE" sessions and town halls. Julien facilitated rewards and recognition programs and managed internal and external audits.

Julien then joined Fortune Gourmet Specialities Pvt. Ltd as a Human Resources Manager, responsible for PAN India strategic and corporate HR functions. Julien streamlined processes, such as issuing offer letters and contracts, managed employee benefits, simplified payroll, and conducted regular performance evaluations with employees and their managers.

From 2019 to 2022, Julien once again worked at Peepul Consulting as the Head of HR & Operations. Julien oversaw HR and operational functions and contributed to the company's growth.

Julien's most recent work experience is at BTG Legal, where they currently hold the position of Head - Admin & HR, starting from April 2022.

Julien Menezes has a diverse education history, starting with their secondary education at St. John the Evangelist High School, where they obtained their SSC degree in 1993. Julien then went on to Tolani College of Commerce, where they completed their HSC and BCom degrees between 1993 and 1998. Continuing their pursuit of higher education, Julien enrolled at the University of Mumbai, where they obtained an MCom degree in Management from 1998 to 2001. With a desire to specialize in the field of Human Resources, they pursued a PGDBA-HR degree at Prin. L. N. Welingkar Institute of Management Development & Research from 2008 to 2010. To further enhance their expertise, they earned a certification in Human Resources from Vskills in 2014.
