Souvik Ray

Souvik Ray is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Plant Head for HR, Admin, and CSR at ONGC Tripura Power Company Ltd since March 2023. Previously, Souvik held the position of Head of Human Resources Operations at Zedpoint Plus HR Consultancy LLP from February 2020 to February 2023. During a career spanning over 18 years, Souvik has worked in large organizations such as Rezayat Company Limited in Saudi Arabia and Mapex Infrastructure Pvt. Limited in Malaysia, focusing on strategic planning, organization development, policy formulation, and various aspects of human resource management including recruitment, employee welfare, performance management, and industrial relations. Souvik holds an MBA in Human Resource from the National Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from the University of Calcutta.
