Robson Souza

Robson Souza is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in Java development and software engineering. Currently serving as Tech Lead at BTG Pactual since August 2022, Robson previously held multiple senior developer roles at Altran, Cast Group, and Stefanini, specializing in Java technologies, including Java 8, EJB 3, JPA, and Jax-RS. Robson contributed to significant projects such as the SIRFF project and the adequacy of the PT election process system. Additionally, Robson has held positions in both educational and programming capacities, including a professorship at SENAI and earlier roles at Forlogic Software and FlexDev. Robson holds a Specialist degree in Java Technology from UTFPR and a Bachelor's and Licentiate in Information Systems from Universidade Estadual do Norte do Paraná.
