Ali Kuhn

Ali Kuhn, MS HRM, currently serves as the Human Resources Director for SERB Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities include overseeing full-cycle recruitment processes, maintaining regulatory compliance, and enhancing employee engagement initiatives. Prior to this role, Ali held key positions at Keystone Fire Protection Co. and Philidor Rx Services, focusing on HR process improvements, recruitment strategies, and employee relations. Ali successfully transitioned HR operations to paperless systems and played a significant role in corporate acquisitions, ensuring compliance with the Affordable Care Act and managing substantial workforce growth. Ali holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
