Angela Nestlerode

Angela Nestlerode has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Angela started their career in 1999 at Veridian as an HR Specialist, where they managed various tasks including handling FMLA and Worker's Compensation cases, conducting new hire orientations, and ensuring employees were aware of their rights. In 2002, they transitioned to the Federal Government as an HR Generalist until 2004. After that, they joined CACI International Inc as a Senior Project Manager - Technical, where they currently serve as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) for the Software Development Organization, utilizing the Scaled Agile Enterprise Framework (SAFe). In their role, they facilitate and leads release planning events and ensures that sprint plans for all teams are outlined and approved by management. Finally, in 2018, they joined BTI360 as a Program Manager.

Angela Nestlerode graduated from James Madison University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree. Angela'sfield of study was Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources Management. Prior to attending the university, Angela Nestlerode completed their high school education at Centreville High School between 1992 and 1995. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. These certifications include AWS Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) obtained in October 2021, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute obtained in July 2010, and Scaled Agile Framework Enterprise (SAFe) Program Consultant (SPC) from Scaled Agile, Inc. obtained in August 2015.
