Kelly Ladner

Kelly Ladner is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. As the CFO and Founder of BTK Hospitality Software, LLC since January 2012, Kelly has developed the My Guest Inquiries (MGI) solution, the only guest-facing tool designed for managing post-stay inquiries and billing questions. In addition, Kelly operates Hospitality Finance Consulting, LLC, offering consulting services focused on process improvement and back-office automation while leveraging a strong background in financial planning and analysis to enhance profitability and operational excellence. Previous roles include Director of Finance at The Westin Mission Hills Golf Resort & Spa and Director of Operations at both Crown Plaza Hotel and Maison Dupuy Hotel, along with serving as Chief Financial Officer at Red Lake Gaming Enterprises, Inc. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of New Orleans.
