Currently serving as the Manufacturing Manager at BTM Company, LLC since July 2010, Dave has played a pivotal role in overseeing manufacturing processes. In addition to this role, Dave has been the owner of Atkins Farms since June 1996, showcasing entrepreneurial skills and commitment to business management. Prior to these positions, Dave served as a Machining Supervisor at Norgren Automation Solutions from May 1989 to July 2010, where expertise in machining and operations was developed.
