Karen Bodine is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and engineering. Currently serving as a Sr Business Analyst at BTM Global since March 2017, Karen has previously held multiple key positions at Target from April 1998 to March 2017, including Lead Engineer, where responsibilities included optimizing supply chain allocation strategies and driving quality in both legacy and modern applications. With a strong foundation in testing and quality assurance as demonstrated in roles such as Sr Test Analyst and Sr Quality Analyst, Karen has successfully defined testing strategies and managed large teams to deliver critical projects on time and within budget. Karen's career began in the retail sector with Dayton’s | Hudson’s | Marshall Fields Department Stores, where various merchandising positions were held. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Winona State University.
