Kevin Hearnen

Kevin Hearnen has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kevin started their career as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician in the North Dakota Air National Guard, where they learned how to work effectively under pressure. Kevin then worked as a Software Engineer III at Retek, where they trained employees and took ownership of development standards. After that, they became an Independent Software Development Consultant/Owner at Hearnen Enterprises Inc, where they designed, coded, and tested software for various projects. Kevin also worked as a Realtor at Hearnen Enterprises Inc/Edina Realty, where they managed all aspects of their own business and acted as a negotiator for clients. Kevin also worked as a Managing Consultant/Development Lead at OLR, where they delivered custom development projects, directed teams, and managed project tasks. Currently, they are working as a Lead Technical Engineer at BTM Global.

Kevin Hearnen attended Fargo North High School. Kevin graduated from North Dakota State University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, with a minor in Business Administration.
