Arshidin Tokhtamov

Arshidin Tokhtamov has a diverse work experience in various industries. Arshidin started their career at PhProcessing CA LLP in 2013, where they worked as a Managing Partner, focusing on e-commerce in the pharmaceutical field. Arshidin then joined Smart MoPe LLP as a Partnerships Manager and CEO, working on a global bonus system for nightlife venues.

In 2015, Arshidin worked as the Chief Expert in the Strategy Department at JSC "Kazakhstani Centre of Public-private partnership". Arshidin also founded and served as the CEO of DreamAsik LLP, where they developed a technology for purchasing goods through Instagram photos.

Later, Arshidin joined Beeline Kazakhstan as a Senior Product Manager, overseeing various areas of mobile financial services and collaborating with partners such as Google and Uber. Arshidin also worked as a Product Development Consultant at BitPay, managing the end-to-end process of product development and marketing activities in the payments industry.

In 2017, Arshidin took on the role of a Digital Product Manager at YENISEI MEDIA HOLDING, where they were responsible for the strategy and execution of product-related activities in an Internet company with diverse businesses.

Most recently, Arshidin served as the Head of Product at Social Discovery Group and BTSDigital, starting in 2020 and 2021 respectively.

Throughout their career, Arshidin has demonstrated expertise in product management, strategy development, market research, and team management.

Arshidin Tokhtamov holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Innovations and Projects Management from Duke University, which they obtained from 2013 to 2014. Arshidin also holds a Bachelor of Finance degree in Business Analyst and Business Development from Turar Ryskulov Kazakh Economic University, completed from 2007 to 2010. Additionally, Arshidin obtained a Specialist Banking degree in Banking and International Finance from the Graduate School of Banking, where they studied from 2003 to 2007.

Furthermore, they have obtained a certification in PMI PMBOK from IBM in February 2014.
