Julie Goodhart is an experienced coach and facilitator currently working with BTS Spark, specializing in leadership development through coaching practices and workshops. Goodhart has held various coaching and facilitation roles, including as an Activator with SheEO™, Developmental Coach with Transforming Perspective, and Facilitator with Opportune Professional Development, focusing on diverse topics such as communications, sustainability, and inclusion. Additional contributions include leadership in the ICF Australasia Chapter, advisory board membership for Play it On - au, and governance support for Lutheran Community Care SA/NT. Goodhart has also co-founded TeamIncubator® to enhance team performance and served as a consultant and development manager for the PNG Sustainable Development Program. Educated in fields such as economics of sustainability and international development, Goodhart’s qualifications include multiple degrees and certifications in coaching and leadership.
