Anne Wilson

Anne Wilson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and transformation, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Partner at BTS since August 2013. Wilson leads the Growth, Strategy and Culture Go to Market team and the Change and Transformation Center of Excellence for BTS North America, focusing on delivering transformational results for clients. Recognized for outstanding contributions, Wilson received the 2019 North America MVP Award, the 2016 Client Impact Award, and the 2014 Exceptional Sales Award. Prior to BTS, Wilson held various roles at Boeing from 2007 to 2012, including Financial Analyst and Chief of Staff for the Office of the CFO. Wilson holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Organizational Leadership and Bachelor of Business Administration from Gonzaga University.
