Kim Malloy

Kim Malloy is an accomplished Executive Coach and Senior Assessor at BTS since September 2006, with extensive experience as a Senior Consultant and Master Certified EQ Trainer at TalentSmart, Inc. since September 2005. In this role, Kim has trained hundreds of certified trainers and provided coaching for numerous prestigious organizations, including DuPont and the US Navy. Kim also serves as Senior Consultant and Executive Coach at JonesIncGlobal and Organizational Development Consultant at Malloy & Associates Consulting, working with high-profile clients such as Merck and Toyota. Additionally, Kim held the position of Director of Client Relations at UCSD Extension/The Centre for Organization Effectiveness and has experience in academia as visiting and adjunct faculty at Alliant International University. Kim holds a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University and a BS in Psychology from San Diego State University.
