Lizzie Pawsey Pcc

Lizzie Pawsey PCC is the founder and Director of The Light Room Consultancy, established in 2008, dedicated to empowering leaders across various sectors by leveraging a network of skilled coaches and facilitators. Since 2011, Lizzie has also served as Associate Faculty and Consultant Coach at the Academy of Executive Coaching, and in 2019 began roles as Associate Coach and Facilitator with BTS and TXG Ltd. Prior to these positions, Lizzie held strategic and managerial roles at Pernod Ricard, Allied Domecq, Britvic plc, and Diageo, demonstrating extensive experience in brand management and strategic insights. Lizzie's educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Certificate in Neurodiversity Coaching, an MSc in Organisational Psychology, a CIPD credential, and a BA (Hons) in Business Studies.
