Karen Foundling

Karen Foundling is a seasoned executive coach and facilitator with a wealth of experience in leadership development. As the Founder of The Creative Coach Limited since February 2015, Karen has dedicated efforts to coaching and transforming global organizations. An Associate Facilitator and Executive Coach at Axialent since May 2010, Karen recently designed and delivered a fully online transformational leadership program. Additional roles include serving as a Senior Consultant at Walking the Talk and an Exec Coach at Paraffin Ltd. Notably, Karen also facilitates workshops and coaching sessions through various organizations, including CREA Conference, Life Clubs at Work, Impact International, and Azesta, while also maintaining a personal brand as a coach and facilitator since September 2009. Karen holds a BA Hons in Interior Design from Leeds Beckett University, completed between 1987 and 1990.
