Rex Gustafson

Rex Gustafson has over 20 years of work experience in the engineering field. Rex began their career in 2000 as a SMT Process Engineer at Banner Engineering. In 2004, they moved to Abelconn, LLC as a Manufacturing Engineer, where they completed a project involving validation of a batch format Aqueous PCB Cleaning System and Cleaning solution. In 2006, they joined General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer. From 2011-2014, they worked as an Equipment Engineer at Critical Systems, Inc. Gas Cabinet Systems, Orbital Welding, where they rebuilt and tested used CDO equipment per customer requirements and assisted in the development of rebuild and test processes. Since 2017, they have been employed as a Process Engineer at BTW, Inc.

Rex Gustafson obtained a BS in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Minnesota State University, Mankato between 1990 and 1994. Rex also obtained a B.S. Degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Additionally, they attended Hibbing Community College for General Education.
