Ivana Batchelor

Ivana Batchelor possesses extensive experience in customer service and onboarding roles, currently serving as the Head of Onboarding & Customer Service at Btwentyfour since April 2021. Prior to this, Ivana held positions at Adssets, including Nordic Engagement Director and Director of Production from May 2013 to April 2021. Relevant experience also includes working as a Key Account Manager at La Prensa AB from June 2008 to March 2013 and at MANCAN from 2004 to June 2008. Ivana holds a degree in Språk, kultur & marknad and Företagsekonomi from Södertörns högskola and completed the Samhällsvetenskapsprogrammet at Lundellska Skolan.
