Bubbakoos Burritos
Gus DiGiovanni has had extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Gus began their career as the Vice President for Bertucci's, overseeing the Mid-Atlantic region. Gus then moved on to Friendly's Ice Cream, LLC, where they served as the Vice President of Operations. In 2011, they joined Dunkin' Brands as the Director of Operations and remained in that role until 2019. Most recently, they have been serving as the SVP of Operations and Development for Bubbakoos Burritos.
Gus DiGiovanni participated in the Executive Strategic Staffing and Succession Planning Program at Cornell University, where they obtained a Certificate. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Montgomery County Community College. In terms of additional certifications, Gus received a University of Maryland Executive Leadership Program Certificate in September 2007, a DDI Leadership Essentials certification in June 2006, and a Communispond Executive Presentation Program Certification in November 2005.

Since the Bubbakoo’s Burritos opened its doors in Point Pleasant, New Jersey back in 2008. It was apparent that this was a great place to relax and have an awesome meal. Bubbakoo’s has expanded to multiple locations along the Jersey Shore and has served thousands of its legendary burritos to very loyal customers.
