Nichole Bestman

Nichole leads Founder Inclusion efforts at Bubble through Immerse, a product pre-accelerator for underrepresented founders.

Prior to this role, her work spanned nonprofit, small business, and the global shipping industry in the US and continental Africa.

Outside of work, she is also a founder that is passionate about the societal impact of entrepreneurship; and building bridges to creativity between the global south and north.

She studied at Howard University where she earned a BBA in International Business/Marketing, and holds an MBA from Cornell University.
