Youssef El Harizi has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Youssef started their career in 2004 as a Production Manager at Soho Sandwich Company and then moved on to work as a Co-owner at Apollo Audio Computers from 2005 to 2007. In 2007, they joined EAT Ltd as a General Manager and held this position until 2014. After that, Youssef worked as an Operations Manager at Pod Food from 2014 to 2017. Currently, they are serving as the Head Of Operations at Bubbleology since November 2017.
Youssef El Harizi completed their Audio Engineering Diploma at the SAE School of Audio Engineering in London from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they obtained their French Baccalaureate Major in Socio-economics (A levels) from Lycee Chateaubriand in Rome, Italy in the year 2000.

We are continually thinking outside the box, pushing boundaries and developing innovative and on-trend new product launches; including Skinny Teas appealing to the modern audience’s interest in health and wellness, and innovative alcoholic Bubble Tea Cocktails embracing the ‘Hard Shake’ drinking trend, which we developed in association with leading alcohol brands Absolut, Malibu and Kahlua.
