Stephen Auld

Stephen Auld has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Their most recent role was as the Chief Executive Officer at Buchan, where they oversaw global architecture, interior, masterplanning, and brand-experience projects. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Buchan. Stephen also worked as the Managing Director and Company Director at Initium Group, where they managed the company's operations. Stephen Auld's previous experience includes serving as the Managing Director, Vice President, and Company Director at HDR, a multinational architecture, engineering, and consulting firm. Stephen successfully led the integration of Rice Daubney Architects after their acquisition by HDR. Stephen also held various positions at Rice Daubney Architects, including Director of Operations and Senior Project Director. Stephen Auld has also worked as a Senior Development Manager and Project Director at Hanover Equity Partners, where they successfully structured and delivered retail, commercial, and subdivision projects. Stephen founded Initium Group, where they served as the Managing Director and led the business in providing specialized project and development management services. Stephen Auld began their career as a Senior Project Architect at ASA Crone Architects (now Ignite Architects), where they led design and on-site delivery for mixed-use, residential, and office projects.

Stephen Auld completed their Master of Business Administration (Executive) at AGSM @ UNSW Business School from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Architecture with Honors at The University of Auckland, which they completed from 1987 to 1991.
