Melissa Murphy Weber

Melissa Murphy Weber is a Senior Attorney at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC since May 2021, specializing in various employment matters such as unlawful harassment investigations, Family and Medical Leave counseling, and labor relations. Previous experience includes serving as an Attorney/Shareholder at Elliott Greenleaf from January 2005 to May 2021, and holding positions as an elected Supervisor and Chair in Whitpain Township from January 2012 to December 2017, and as a State Representative in the PA House of Representatives from December 2002 to December 2004. Additionally, Melissa served as an Assistant District Attorney in Montgomery County from June 1996 to December 2002, leading the CLEAN Team and Domestic Violence Unit. Academically, Melissa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, International Trade, and Political Science from Denison University, an LL.M in Trial Advocacy from Temple University, and a JD from Widener University Commonwealth Law School.
