Vanessa Ochsner

Vanessa Ochsner is a seasoned project and customer success manager with extensive experience in IT support and service delivery. Currently at Buchanan Technologies since December 2010, Vanessa manages the Service Desk and Field Services lines of business, overseeing daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. Previous roles include Senior Analyst in Tech Support, where assistance was provided to Safety Kleen customers with software and password issues. Prior experience includes asset management at Koch Companies, offering support for maintenance renewals, and tax technical support at CCH, solving complex software issues. Early career experience includes technical support at GWI Software, addressing software and network issues for customers. Vanessa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Data Communications Systems Technology from ITT Technical Institute-Portland, obtained in 2008.
