As BCforward's Chief Information Officer, Brady leads the digital enablement strategy for the organization leveraging 20+ years of digital product management, technology project management, and client services and operations expertise across multiple industries.

Before joining BCforward in 2022, Brady held the role of COO at a precision agriculture technology company where he built production operations and product support processes to enable business expansion. Brady has also led technology product development for mobility software products for the largest global private provider of multiple modes of transport in North America.

Brady earned a bachelor's degree in Finance at Butler University, where he also played one season of baseball as a walk-on.

Jacob Pruis started with BCforward in July of 2018 as the company’s first Compliance Manager where he built out controls and auditing structures to validate the company’s conformity with legal and regulatory requirements and quality standards. In his new role as Director, Compliance and Information Services, he aims to continue to build on the success of the company’s compliance program, enhance the company’s IT security posture, strategically align technical infrastructure with business operations, and foster a best-in-class resource experience through the company’s Global Resource Care team.

Jacob has a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from IUPUI.

C. Darwin Taylor started his career at BCforward in 2014 as an IT Recruiter. He later rejoined the organization in 2022 and currently serves as Global Talent Director. He brings a distinguished career of progressive experiences delivering business direction and strategy across large enterprise operations, combining talent acquisition and business acumen to identify top talent and foster functional collaborations. A strategic and resourceful talent acquisition partner with experience across multiple industries, he serves as the go-to for management and employees through a solid understanding of business operations and best practices.

Bryan Smith is the Interim COO of BCforward and has historically been an advisor to the company on many financial and operational matters. Outside of BCforward, Bryan is the President of Smith Equity Partners a growth-oriented private investment and advisory firm based in Indianapolis. Bryan has an extensive background in high growth and turnaround situations as a corporate leader and investor. An industry generalist, Bryan has successfully led operations and closed transactions in the healthcare, technology, logistics, construction, and publishing industries.
Bryan Smith is BCforward's Interim Head of Sales and has historically been an advisor to the company on many financial and operational matters. Outside of BCforward, Bryan is the President of Smith Equity Partners a growth-oriented private investment and advisory firm based in Indianapolis. Bryan has an extensive background in high growth and turnaround situations as a corporate leader and investor. An industry generalist, Bryan has successfully led operations and closed transactions in the healthcare, technology, logistics, construction, and publishing industries.

Bryan Smith

Jen Franklin brings 10 years of the project, product, and service management experience to the [BCforward](/org/bucher-christian-consulting-inc) team delivering services across entrepreneurial start-up and large-scale enterprise environments. Jen takes pride in building and developing high-performance teams focused on developing solutions to assist clients in executing their business objectives by adapting processes, services, technology, and resources to achieve outcomes. She’s proud of the high level of service excellence [BCforward](/org/bucher-christian-consulting-inc) teams have achieved. A proud Boilermaker, Jen graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in English and a Minor in Communication from [Purdue University](/org/purdue-university). She currently resides in Morgan County with her husband and their three daughtaJen Franklin joined BCforward in 2008 and has most recently managed the Buildforward Business Unit. As EVP/COO, Jen takes pride in building and developing an operational framework aligned with business targets and driving customer experience outcomes to enable sustainable growth of the business. Additionally, she cross-functionally leads the Executive Committee at BCforward to deliver cost-beneficial solutions that improve scalability with enhanced efficiency and data.

Jen first served BCforward as a consultant in Quality Assurance and later expanded responsibilities to lead BCforward’s QA Managed Services, Project Management Office, and technology projects. To support the scalability of BCforward’s services, she developed a talent acquisition strategy implemented alongside a professional development focus.

Externally, Jen represents BCforward as a Board Member with TechPoint, supporting diverse talent development and retention in Indiana through the Tech Employee Advisory Council, Women in STEM at IUPUI, the Mira Awards, and the Xtern Program. A proud Boilermaker, Jen graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in English and a Minor in Communication from Purdue University.

Jen Franklin

Anna Miller joined BCforward in 2016 and serves as the National Account Business Unit Director. Moving up through the years, Anna held several positions including Client Care Manager and National Account Manager. Her several years of experience in the staffing industry have allowed her to connect with individuals and clients in many different capacities. Her goal is to create the best experience possible for individuals, clients and team members alike knowing every situation should be treated with unique care and thoughtfulness in a timely manner. She offers innovative solutions through data, testing, rollouts and auditing for continued growth and client satisfaction.

Anna Miller

Priya Mishra is Head of Business (US Staffing) in India leading the strategic growth of the US Staffing operations, initiating process improvements by identifying service delivery gaps, offering solutions, and successfully implementing ideas. She has managed and supported several VMS/MSP clients across various domains – financial, healthcare, retail, consumer goods, semiconductors, etc. She is an exceptional team player and utilizes her knowledge and efforts, churning the team to produce the best results.

Priya holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management.

Priya Mishra

Praveen Chand joined the executive team in our India office in May 2020 as our Head of Business. In his role, Praveen spearheads both the recruiting and sales functions within India along with providing an overall strategy. Praveen comes with a rich experience primarily in IT Staffing Industry and has handled portfolios in delivery, account management, and sales functions. He has been lauded for his ability to lead diversified teams across the regions.

Dev Kumar is lean 6 Sigma certified with almost two decades of work experience including more than 17 years of experience focused on Recruiting and Operations for US Staffing. He has a proven track record of starting and scaling staffing operations that support clients across multiple geographies; building and leading the recruitment, operations, and account management teams to successfully deliver contract and permanent staffing services to our Fortune 500 MSP programs/clients.

As a General Manager of India Operations with BCforward, he is invested in growth, profitability, and creating a better work relationship by bridging any gaps between various geographies to ensure sustained/continuous growth of the organization.

Angela Henderson rejoined BCforward in October of 2017 as the IT Business Relationship Manager after having previously served as one of the company’s first consultants from 2000 – 2002. Over the years, she has spearheaded numerous systems implementation efforts as well as facilitated communication between BCforward colleagues and clients. She has served in various levels of IT leadership with responsibilities including Operations, Privacy and Data Integrity, Application Services, and Project Management. In her current role, she continues to advance the strategic vision of executive leadership, with the goal of enhancing and upgrading our enterprise systems to deliver business intelligence, data-driven solutions that will improve overall information utilization and decision-making capabilities.

Angela has over 25 years of IT experience, having specialized in database and data warehouse architecture and development. She earned a BS in Business / Computer Information Systems from the IU Kelley School of Business and an MBA in Applied Management from the Indiana Wesleyan DeVoe School of Business.

Adam Spiegl joined BCforward in 2012 and currently serves as Director of National MSPs overseeing some of BCforward's high-volume VMS-based accounts. Originally a Recruiter with BCforward, he moved into the role of Account Manager in 2015 and into his current position in January 2022. His years of experience in the staffing industry have allowed him to connect with individuals and clients alike. His experience in the industry has taught him that no candidate or client is alike and that every situation and experience should be treated with individual care. His goal is to ensure that a timely, thorough, and comprehensive solution is provided to clients.

Adam graduated from Marian University in 2009 with a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management.

Matthew Willman started out at BCforward as an Onboarding Coordinator and is now the Director of Global Onboarding. He holds a B.S. in Public Affairs and Legal Studies from Indiana University’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs.

Bradley Carrico joined BCforward in 2021 and serves as Finance Manager for the organization. Drawing on his experiences in public accounting and past corporate finance roles, Bradley has expanded the company’s executive reporting, developed financial planning models, and implemented broader forecast and budget plans. He’s also focused on building financial data best practices and processes to support BCforward’s continued growth.

Bradley graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in 2015 with a dual MBA/BS degree in Finance and Accounting.

Anthony Simmons started with BCforward in November 2018 as a program manager for Manufacturing and Quality at Eli Lilly & Company. His program earned the CIO and Quality awards for developing and deploying a software product that saved over 60,000 hours in touch time for batch release. He transformed another eRelease project into a high-performing SCRUM team on track to provide a 5X improvement in the COA package generation process. In addition, he has helped charter the BCforward Agile Champions team focused on supporting BCforward scrum masters as they work through the setup and forming new Agile teams.

Anthony has a Master’s Degree in Engineering – Systems Engineering from the Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Tuskegee University. He’s earned PMP, Agile and SAFe certifications.

Suzanne Gaidoo brings more than 20 years of experience working across multiple industries. Suzanne joined BCforward in 2022. In her previous roles, she served as Legal Counsel for Labor Employment, Operations where she negotiated contracts for large transactions and the implementation of large capital projects. She served on global teams regarding efficient operations, global contracting, and global affiliate partnerships, as well as provided primary legal support for all labour & employment matters, oversaw and led the employee-facing company-wide safety response to the COVID19 pandemic across North America. She served as primary legal contact and support for all operations including, but not limited to, safety, health & environmental, security, site operations, construction & real estate, procurement, and import & export compliance.

Suzanne earned her J.D. from The University of Cincinnati School of Law and a B.S. from Indiana State University.

Suzanne Gaidoo

Andrea Bartlett is currently the VP of Digital Strategy and Transformation at [BCforward](/org/bucher-christian-consulting-inc). Andrea has over ten years experience in global network services and telecom portfolio management. Prior to joining [BCforward](/org/bucher-christian-consulting-inc), Andrea was a Senior Consultant at BC Forward Consulting, where they provided consulting services for clients in the telecom industry.

Andrea Bartlett reports to Justin P. Christian, CEO and Founder. They are on a team with Douglas R. Heath - Senior EVP and COO, Jason Gehlhausen - General Counsel, and Jen Franklin - VP of Solution Delivery.

Jami Hubbard joined BCforward in 2021 and serves as the Corporate Controller. Jami defines herself as a change agent, experienced in analyzing existing operations and implementing effective systems, strategies, and processes to improve organizational performance, profitability, and financial reporting. She takes pride in developing a high-performing, value-add team by empowering associates and mentoring.

Jami is a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor’s in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Jennifer Prospero is the Chief Financial Officer for BCforward. She holds extensive knowledge in both the staffing and finance industry; holding multiple leadership roles over the past 18 years, Jennifer's specialties include change leadership, business improvement, and corporate agility, with an eye on accounting, finance, treasury, and tax—embracing integrity, process improvement, and compliance. She generates people-focused management that encourages and incorporates broad-based team perspectives and innovations into the creation of cross-functional solutions.

Jennifer graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, where she majored in accounting and holds her CPA certification.

Justin P. Christian is the CEO and Founder of [BCforward](/org/bucher-christian-consulting-inc). He graduated from [DePauw University](/org/depauw-university) with a BA in Computer Science. Since founding the company in 1998, he has grown [BCforward](/org/bucher-christian-consulting-inc) to be one of the largest IT consulting organizations in the Midwest.

Christian leads the overall [BCforward](/org/bucher-christian-consulting-inc) corporate strategy and develops executive level relationships with its customers and corporate partners. He serves as a member of the boards of Indiana 500 Festival, Central Indiana Corporate Partnership and The [DePauw University](/org/depauw-university) Board of Trustees among others. He and his wife live in Zionsville, Indiana and have four daughters.
