Paul Holt

Paul Holt has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare technology industry and is currently a board member at Buck Knives. Paul was previously the Chief Financial Officer at Athens Services from September 2018 to September 2021. During their time at Athens, they upgraded the accounting & finance organization with new Controller & VP Finance leaders. Paul also revamped financial reporting and monthly board package reporting to enhance the usefulness and integration with key operating metrics of the business. In addition, they implemented process enhancements for finance review and signoff of new RFP’s and customer contract amendments.

From April 2015 to September 2018, Paul Holt was the CFO at NANTHEALTH. During their time at NANTHEALTH, they successfully managed a syndicated bank line of credit including compliance with covenants and reporting requirements. Paul also secured additional banking financing at market leading pricing.

Prior to NANTHEALTH, Paul Holt was the EVP, CFO at NextGen Healthcare Information Systems from January 2000 to April 2015. During their time at NextGen, they led the financial due diligence for a significant acquisition identifying significant potential cost and revenue synergies (Cal-Met Services).

Paul Holt has a MBA in Accounting from the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from UC Irvine.
