Tim Keaty Sphr, Scp

Tim Keaty, SPHR, SCP, has over three decades of experience in human resources management, beginning as an HR Manager at Environment Control of Albuquerque from June 1985 to June 1988. Tim advanced to serve as the Director of HR & Training at Environment Control corporate HQ from June 1988 to September 2009, specializing in human resources management and organizational development. Following this, Tim held the position of HR Manager at Qualfon, formerly Center Partners, from January 2010 to April 2014, overseeing HR functions for an inbound call center. Tim continued to progress as Senior Manager of Corporate HR at Telect from April 2014 to February 2017, and currently serves as HR Manager at Buck Knives since February 2017. Tim holds a BA in Communications from The University of New Mexico, obtained between 1982 and 1988.
