Monty Shell

Monty Shell has worked in the manufacturing industry since 1983. Monty began their career at Lear Corporation, where they served as a CI Manager from 1983 to 2004. From 2004 to 2014, they were a Plant Manager at IAC Group. Monty then moved to Florida Production Engineering, where they were also a Plant Manager from 2014 to 2015. Finally, they have been a Plant Operations Manager at Buckeye Brine, LLC since 2015.

Monty Shell attended James Wood High School from 1978 to 1980.
