Charity Henschen has extensive experience in data analysis and management in the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Manager of Provider Data Automation, Analysis and Audit at Buckeye Health Plan since January 2018, following a role as Supervisor of Business Analytics. Prior to this, Charity worked at Centene Corporation - Buckeye Health Plan as a Data Analyst II from August 2014 to January 2018. Charity began a career in data systems at Menlo Worldwide from October 2008 to August 2014 as a Systems Administrator and Lean Coordinator. Earlier experience includes a position as an Administrative Assistant at SEA Limited from April 2005 to September 2008. Education includes a Certification in Six Sigma - Black Belt from Expert Rating and studies at Ivy Tech Community College-Lafayette.

Buckeye Health Plan (Buckeye) is a care coordination plan contracted with the Ohio Department of Medicaid to serve Medicaid and other government services program members.Buckeye has developed the expertise to work with Medicaid members to improve their health status and quality of life. Their number one priority is the promotion of healthylifestyles through preventive healthcare. Buckeye works to accomplish this goal by partnering with the primary care providers (PCPs) who oversee the healthcare of Buckeye members.
