Russell Qualls

Russell Qualls has extensive work experience in the accounting and finance field. Russell has worked at Buckeye Partners as the Director of Operations Accounting for Terminals & Alternative Energy since May 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Operations Accounting for Terminals from January 2022 to April 2022. Russell also held the position of Senior Accounting Manager for Terminals at Buckeye Partners from August 2016 to December 2021, and as an Accounting Manager for Terminals from June 2013 to July 2016. Before joining Buckeye Partners, they worked at Hercules Offshore as the Financial Reporting Manager from December 2007 to June 2013. Russell also gained valuable experience at Cornell Companies, where they worked as an Assistant Controller from October 2005 to December 2007, an Accounting Manager from August 2004 to October 2005, and a Senior Accountant from September 2001 to August 2004.

Russell Qualls holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Houston-Downtown. Russell also has a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
