Samuel Belmar is a seasoned operations professional currently serving as the Director of Operations at Buckeye Partners, overseeing a major oil storage terminal in The Bahamas. With a career at Buckeye Partners since 2011, Samuel has held various leadership roles including Regional Operations Advisor for the Caribbean and Senior Manager for Bahamas Planning and Operations Assurance, focusing on optimizing petroleum logistics and enhancing operational safety and performance. Prior to joining Buckeye, Samuel worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Sabre Holdings, managing budget and financial analyses. Samuel holds an MBA from Rice Business and a BBA in Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business.
